Welcome to our website and thank your very much for your interest.

The Idea of Interkultur was conceived in 2003.

In 2004 the idea became ‘official’ and Interkultur e.V. was created: the letters ‘e.V’ in German indicate an officially registered charity or eingetragene Verein. The aims of Interkultur are to bring people of different nationality, culture and background together through the Arts and to help young people have a chance to express their chosen Art. Learn more about our history and meet Horatio, our Ambassador by clicking History.

Then… another idea was born!

The idea of doing a Festival: the LEAF Festival came into being in 2012 and has been presented each year since. This year, too, it will take place in the Kloster Saarn, in Mülheim an der Ruhr, and will there will be "much Ado about..." all sorts of things!  Please click Leaf Festival in the menu above or visit www.leaf-festival.de

If you are interested in volunteering at the festival, just give us a ring!
